All digital products sold by ShopAuraleia are non-physical, downloadable files. Examples include planners, social media bundles.

2. Delivery of Digital Products

• Ensure that the email address provided during checkout is accurate to avoid delivery issues.

3. Refund and Exchange Policy

• Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final.
• Refunds, returns, or exchanges are not permitted unless:
  • The file is corrupted.
