Refund policy

  1. Eligibility for Refunds
    Refunds are only offered for items that arrive damaged or defective. We do not accept returns for incorrect sizing, buyer's remorse, or personalization errors.

  2. Reporting Issues
    If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@shopauraleia.com. Include:

    • Your order number
    • Photos of the damaged/incorrect product
  3. Replacement Policy for Non-Refundable Situations
    In cases of:

    • Incorrect addresses provided by the buyer
    • Incomplete or inaccurate shipping information
      A replacement can be issued, however refunds will not be issued for these situations.
  4. Order Cancellations
    Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of placing them. After this, they are sent into production and cannot be modified.
